Paul Thoma is the Founder and CEO of Legacy Ventures Performance, where he brings his leadership experience as a Navy SEAL and entrepreneur to build decisive, resilient, and performance-driven leaders and teams. Paul served over a decade as a Navy SEAL operator, engaging in a variety of complex mission sets within high-pressure environments. Through this experience, he learned firsthand the importance of decisive communication, elite problem-solving, and resilience under adversity—particularly how small units achieve outsized results through cohesive teamwork.

Paul has dedicated his post-military career to empowering leaders, teams, and organizations to achieve their highest potential through practical mindsets and actionable frameworks, equipping them to consistently perform at their best under pressure.
